Here are some options:

1) Configure grub (as another poster mentioned) to offer the LTSP server
as a boot option.

1.5) Similar to above, but insert an etherboot CD whenever you want to
boot from the LTSP server.

2) Boot to a full X environment locally, and use FreeNX or VNC to
remotely log in to the LTSP server.  This works with either Windows or
Linux running on the local machine.

3) Boot Linux locally to a text environment, and run this command:  X
-query ltspservername  -- Note that XDMCP must be enabled on the LTSP
server for this to work.
