The docu booboo was mine... Scott managed to fix most of the
formatting, but there were still some missing elements like the
website link that should give you further details for load balancing.
I'm editting that now, and I'm also going to add the 2 ssh instances
thing in the appendix, until its either built into ltsp, or there is
package.
