Hi!
I am running Edubuntu 7.04 and having performance issues while streaming avi
files (one thin-client only).
The same problem on Edubuntu 8.04 has been solved by disabling ssh for the bulk
X traffic (set LDM_DIRECTX=True in lds.conf).
However, Edubuntu 7.04 is using older version of LDM, and setting
"LDM_DIRECTX=True" will not work.
Is there any way to completely disable ssh tunneling on Edubuntu 7.04 (older
version of LTSP5 and LDM)? Can ldm execute a X session without creating ssh
tunnel first?
