Yes you can have something of this sort. But you have to enable Terminal server on XP. There was some workaround for that. You can have DHCP,TFTP running on XP. there is one free utility available for it. I am forgetting this name as I have done this 3-4 years back. Once you make your thinclients boot, You can make them run rdesktop directly and specify the terminal server name in boot config file thinclients doenload thry TFTP while booting.
