Jordan howtos etc are just what is needed, and your enthusiasm and effort is to be commended but in the interest of keeping everything more simple rather than more complicated I need to ask: Why would you not shutdown the clients via cron using ltspinfo on the server. If your BIOS wont accept APM shutdown then LOCAL cron won't work for the same reason. Now, there is no other reason to run NTP on your clients James ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by: SourcForge Community SourceForge wants to tell your story. http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword _____________________________________________________________________ Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
