We had the same problem. We had observe the thin-clients on the boot:
there are 2 demandes of an ip-address on the DHCP-server and the
DHCP-server give sometime two different address to the same client. Our
solution was to fixe the ip-address for every thin-client in the DHCP
configuration. Before the boot-time was 2 or 4 minutes. Today the
boot-time is 30 to 40 secondes. ...
