I'm not sure, but you should note that not all LTSP 5 capable distros require 
an ltsp-update-image at all.  Debian, for
instance, uses NFS instead of NBD and therefore doesn't require 
ltsp-update-image to be run after making changes to the
chroot.  I think Fedora is the same, but I'm not sure.
