Just in case someone needs the same thing, to re-enable the Alt+Ctrl +Backspace shortcut in Jaunty I created /opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/ltsp/screen-session.d/XS96-disable-dontzap with the following line as contents: X_ARGS="$X_ARGS -retro"
It would be nice to have an lts.conf option for that... maybe "X_DONTZAP=False" ?
