Hi all, Sorry I didn't respond sooner, it turned out to be that I had to install a DE.... :-\.. I thought, very incorrectly, that on Ubuntu server edition that is pulled the DE into the chroot when you build the client. After I actually installed a desktop environment on the server, all is well.
