On Jaunty, I set this:

        11:05:56 dc7800:~$ cat /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/lts.conf
        [default]
            LDM_DIRECTX = True

I don't think this was set on my Hardy install (but I can't verify
because I upgraded to Jaunty in-place). But it didn't seem to
help much anyway.

I did reinstall flashplugin, and I think that made the most
improvement:

        $ sudo apt-get remove flashplugin-nonfree
        $ sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

I also had a lot of stability issues -- the keyboard and/or mouse
would stop responding after a while. I noticed that my LTSP
chroot was still at Hardy (apparently the Jaunty upgrade on the
server didn't upgrade the chroot).

So I used "ltsp-build-client --arch=i386" to build a Jaunty LTSP
chroot, and I *think* the keyboard/mouse issues are gone.

I can now play YouTube videos fairly well. Sound works for a
couple minutes, then stops working, even though the video continues.
