With that I meant "it does not work when dnsmasq functions in proxy dhcp mode". When dnsmasq functions as a normal dhcp server, like in does in the classic dual-NIC LTSP setup, etherboot clients would work fine. So it should work on a *superset* of the cases where dhcp3-server works.
