You seem to be missing /srv/kiwi-ltsp/i386.img.
Please update ltsp-server, kiwi-desc-ltsp, ltspfs, kiwi-ltsp-prebuilt
and kiwi-ltsp-bootimages packages, run kiwi-ltsp-setup -c and try
booting the clients again.
We are lurking in #ltsp and #kiwi-ltsp on IRC freenode if you need quick help.
