Publishing of the new package was disabled on 11.0 as it is not
supported anymore. I have enabled publish for now, packages should
appear in the repository soon. In case you are in a hurry, get
ltsp-server package from here:

https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=ltsp&project=server%3Altsp

Install with r-m -Uvh ltsp-server*.rpm --nodeps, then use 1-click to
install kiwi-ltsp-prebuilt image.
