It is very easy to get mired in BS ... 32 bit systems CAN use 4G or 64G of ram in a paging memory system. LTSP server type apps are better with 64 bit non paged memory than 32 bit paging. Paging works better with some apps and worse with some but all work. The only time that you would consider 64 bit clients is for local apps with more than 1G (960M) RAM and apps that worked better with unpaged ram and the dis-advantages were out weighed by the advantages.
