It is one of these ION based devices. I tested my DIY MythTV Frontend as a thin client and made a howto page for Atom/ION. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuLTSP/AtomIon Graphic chip is most important part of thin client and ION is best one right now in the market; ION based devices are quite, cheap and very cute ones - just remove hard disk/OS that I can't remember why it is there in first place...
