Look at:

/var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.cfg/default

Also, if this is on lucid (or any newer version of LTSP), the port
management is done by ltsp-update-image, which uses the chroot's
/etc/ltsp/update-kernel.conf file for reference on what port was used
previously. If you are usint the new version, I recommend not making changes
to the various files by hand, but rather run:

ltsp-update-image --arch i386 -f

(If you want to see the flags for ltsp-update-image, use: ltsp-update-image
-h)
