PXE-booting LTSP clients requires DHCP options 17, 66 and 67. You may
have a conflict with option 66 for the phones. One option, if your
network infrastructure supports it, would be to have your phones use a
voice vlan, where you could specify separate options on the DHCP
server from the data vlan where the thin clients will reside.
