I do. At leat, it seems to be the same problem as yours, on Lenny, with LTSP 5.2 backports, but without solution for now :-( I suppose you're usinq Squeeze's stock versions, right ? Are your localdev functional under /tmp ? (Can you read/write to them altough they are in the wrong place ?) Are the normal mounpoints created under /media/<USER> ? And what's going on with USB CD/DVD drives ? Can you plug some to see if the behaviour is the same ?
