yes I still removed 'quiet splash'.
Because of "kernel booting?", I don't really know. I think this is the step 
where PXE is 
loading the vmlinuz-kernel and the initrd.img. I see a lot of dots during 
loading initrd.img 
and at least stops after the loading-message ".... ready". The monitor shortly 
blinks and 
booting stops without any error.
