I did have two years this kind of load balancing with Ubuntu 8.04. 2 servers, about 100 thin clients. Here all config files for both servers. http://www.arkki.info/howto/Wiki/LTSP5-Mantykangas/ltsp-master/ http://www.arkki.info/howto/Wiki/LTSP5-Mantykangas/ltsp-slave/ https://wiki.edubuntu.org/EdubuntuDHCPload-balancingFailover Now I have Ubuntu 10.04 LTSP-Cluster. Same 2 application servers and 1 new one, root-server. Just follow this howto, if you use Ubuntu, it just works. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuLTSP/LTSP-Cluster Best Regards Asmo Koskinen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Start uncovering the many advantages of virtual appliances and start using them to simplify application deployment and accelerate your shift to cloud computing. http://p.sf.net/sfu/novell-sfdev2dev _____________________________________________________________________ Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
