Hello,

I hope everyone is doing well today.

I just performed a clean install of Edubuntu 10.10 and in order to
practice all the steps, I thought to run the chroot apt-get to update
the images the clients received.

I followed the instructions here:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuLTSP/UpdatingChroot which
were very clear. What I found is that apt-get failed to download any
of the package information - it could not reach the servers.

So then I tried some more basic stuff, like sudo chroot /opt/ltsp/i386
and the ping www.google.com which reported back that www.google.com
was an unknown host.

Everything works fine otherwise on the server -- just when I try to
chroot in I find that I don't have any internet connectivity?

Any thoughts?

Note: I have yet to try to boot a thin client off this server -- I've
been mostly working on it remotely. I thought I'd mention that in case
it made a difference.

Thank you
Joseph
