If you want to bring back the old ctrl-alt-backspace functionality to
kill the Xserver with that keycombo, you can add a new file
"/opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/ltsp/xinitrc.d/I10-x-ctrl-alt-bkspace"

with the contents:

# Set ctrl-alt-backspace

if [ -x /usr/bin/setxkbmap ]; then
    setxkbmap -option terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp
fi
