Or just 'ltsp-localapps' feature, not the whole thing. One example is 
local built-in usbcam device with cheese.

Here is another example, Google Chrome as a local app (Youtube/HTML5), 
server and client, cpu and mem load (htop). Everything else is in server 
(lubuntu-desktop and so on).

Just pick up some programs for client and move them to the chroot.
