LDM is a piece of software that runs on the client hardware, and uses SSH to connect to the server. It's probably not feasible to run as an android app, as it is a login manager, and will start a desktop environment that will likely fight with the running Android OS. It's also complicated to set up LDM in a non-LTSP environment unless you really understand it well. You might want to first try setting it up on a more conventional computer with your preferred operating system installed before getting into installing it into a more unusual environment. There are some thin-client options built for Raspberry PI, or you could possibly build an LTSP environment with raspbian: http://raspbian.org Alternately, maybe use Debian's armel port with a kernel from raspbian.
