Hi Km,

configure the dhcp-server with option 66 and 67 (I think its called
boot-server and boot-image) where 66 must contain the IP (maybe  the
dns-name) of your LTSP-Server and 67 the path to your image on the
ltsp-server.

Configure virtual-box to use bridged networking for the client.

That should do the trick.
