I can't remember whether those are the HP thin clients I used a few years back but they sure look very similar and those were great. Looking at the specs on HP's site everything looks good too, pretty good graphics chip and Atom CPU with DDR3.
So yeah, that kind of machine is definitely what I'd recommend for a modern LTSP setup.
