I have an unusual problem on one of the 10 thin clients I have on my
network where xfce4 will stop reponding to the keyboard and mouse (ie: I
cannot move windows or resize them, but I can still interact with the
currently focused application, also I can use alt-F2 and start new
applications. I cannot alt-TAB to either one though just close).

If I kill xfce4-session for that user the computer will go back to the
login and all is good again (without the need to reboot).

My server runs Debian 7 with the latest updates as of 22/11/2013 and
this problem has been going for a few weeks now. No one else is
experiencing these problems. The server has software RAID 1, with ECC
RAM and is on a UPS. The thin clients are Intel D525 atom boards with
2GB DDR3 SO-DIMM ram. It's happened three times now and it's always the
xfce4-session process for the same user.

What should I start checking?
