1700 is /opt/ltsp/images/i386.img, which is the chroot that ltsp-pnp 
built from your server's disk (/).

All apps run as local apps in fat clients.

The image doesn't get loaded in RAM so it can be e.g. 10 GB, and run on 
clients with 512 MB RAM.

If you want to remove things, you remove them from the server and run 
ltsp-update-image -c / again.
