It's probably defaulting to the -486 kernel variant. You may want to edit /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/ltsp/update-kernels.conf to change the boot order preference, or enable ifcpu64 detection. Once you've edited update-kernels.conf to your liking, you need to update the configuration: sudo ltsp-chroot --arch=i386 /usr/share/ltsp/update-kernels sudo ltsp-update-kernels Hope that gets you started.
