In regards to Mint, it is undergoing a little work, but in general,
you can specify a

- --dist trusty --mint-dist qiana

pair if you would like to override which version to install. If you
run into issues generating a chroot environment, you can build a stock
ubuntu chroot by doing

- --dist trusty --mint-dist none
