That's only for running bash as your login shell, LDM doesn't
necessarily call bash as a login shell.

You can run LDM hooks on logout in /usr/share/ldm/rc.d/KXX-* (where XX
is a number between 00 and 99), but the ssh tunnel to the server may not
be available at that point.

There are numerous hooks run at various phases in /usr/share/ldm/rc.d/,
/usr/share/ltsp/screen-session.d and /usr/share/ltsp/xinitrc.d/ ... but
it is admittedly underdocumented and a bit of a maze of options...
