If your are using thin clients on an isolated LTSP-specific network, it may not be able to route to the internet from the thin client directly. I would recommend installing ntp on your server (it may require to allow syncronization, though I don't recall ever having to do this), and setting in lts.conf: TIMESERVER=auto Then it will sync from your server, which should have reasonable defaults. If all your clients are syncing with the server, you'll get more consistant time for your network than if they all pick random servers From a pool. live well, vagrant
