It turned ot the best place to put the start script for x11vnc is
/opt/ltsp/amd64/usr/share/ltsp/xinitrc.d/I99-x11vnc

You may want to create a better script with all daemon stuffs. In any 
case, please remember to background the x11vnc process, otherwise ldm 
greeter login doesn't start (black screen)
