Hello,
I want to compile ust-0.15 with the same gcc (and glibc) used on my target.
This gcc was used to compile the kernel, a device driver I wrote and a C++ application.
So I ran:
./configure CC=/Software/linux2.6.27.35/toolchain/i686-nptl-linux-gnu/i686-nptl-linux-gnu/bin/gcc
I got the error message:
checking for gcc ... /Software/linux2.6.27.35/toolchain/i686-nptl-linux-gnu/i686-nptl-linux-gnu/bin/gcc
checking whether the C compiler works ... no
configure: error: in /Home/GNU/ust-0.15
configure: error: C compiler cannot create exectables
I'm sure my gcc is OK.
Why I'm getting this message ?
