Hi, all

My tests(my box is i5-760, 4cores) show my patchset has advance for read site,
it speedups about 66%.

My synchronize_rcu() is slower. (will be optimized)
At the sametime, I test Paolo's patch, I don't know why it slowdowns 
synchronize_rcu()
in my box.
