Hi, So in my fork of luaotfload I've made the following changes (pre last night's commits by Khaled):
1. Avoid error if a font turns up without an extension 2. Use $HOME instead of ~/ 3. Avoid .ttc fonts on Mac OS X (see Taco's reply on the LuaTeX list about my bus error) 4. Ignore some fonts (specifically LastResort.ttf) 5. Document the behaviour of mkluatexfontdb slightly more #1 is an error if fc-list is used under Mac OS X (but I think that has that just been made impossible?) #2-#4 are necessary to get it working under Mac OS X Would like me to rework these into the current HEAD or would you like to tackle them yourself? (Easier to start from scratch, I think, rather than merge my commits; more conflicts than I like to deal with.) It wasn't clear to me, based on last night's changes, if you were aware of them but didn't have time to incorporate them or if they went unnoticed. Will
