I'm not used to CTAN (yet), and I didn't find an administration
interface for uploaders, is there one? If there is not, I'd like to
suppress latex/exptl/lualatex/lua-inputenc (Javier gave me the
maintenance), as it's been replaced by luatex/latex/lua-inputenc/.
