Dear Kim,
Luatex engine has ability to handle mac os x ttc fonts since a few years ago. Therefore please remove list of those files from otfl-blacklist.cnf.
I don't have myself ttc files. Are you sure these can be handled by the luaotfload present on the CTAN? LuaTeX can handle them, but I'm not sure the current luaotfload does...
The future luaotfload will, but it's not finished yet, we hope to release it for TeXLive 2013.
