Sorry for the delay. With 2.0.4-rc2 I get stable index.html output for both Lua and LJ2 (which does table traversal in different order). So, this is fixed. However, manifest file is not stable. (I use this command to run under LJ2: luajit2 `which luarocks-admin` make-manifest .) Can manifest be ordered as well?
