        Hi!

I noticed that when you run luarocks as an unprivileged user with the
- --local switch, you get the following error if the local repository
directory does not exist:

> Error: Your user does not have write permissions in /home/serianox/.luarocks/
> -- you may want to run as a privileged user or use your local tree with
> --local.

Can LuaRocks checks by itself if the directory does not exist and
create it if it needs to?
