This is very frustrating, you know, — six months ago when we discussed inclusion all these features, Hisham said that he will not delay 2.4 release with them, but will include them in the next release.
And now what? All this work is to be thrown away? All issues that I reported are still valid for me. The fixes for many of them are just lying there ready to me merged in — and they are even approved from the design point of view, as I understand. As much as I would like to move away from using LuaRocks from my deployment process, I will not be able to do that any time soon. So, I'd like to make life of my developer's as comfortable as possible in the meanwhile. As I already said, I'm willing to contribute patches or to talk about sponsoring the development of the LR features I require. Alexander.
