Uploaded, thanks! > Is it possible to prune some (most) of the old versions from > http://luarocks.org/repositories/rocks/index.html#midialsa > ? I have removed rocks on request before, but the more I think about it, the more I think I shouldn't, because who knows what dependencies people have in their private repositories. As a downstream packager I've been bitten a number of times when upstream decided to prune their repos, so I think it's nicer to not erase history. Older versions, in particular, are not problematic to keep around because they're evidently not the recommended file to use (and the tool picks the latest version by default). For outdated projects, it's a harder call as users may end up picking the wrong one, so maybe there should be some kind of "deprecated" tag next to them, instead. -- Hisham ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Don't let slow site performance ruin your business.
