Better url would be

https://raw.github.com/fab13n/metalua-parser/master/metalua-parser-0.7.tgz

This avoids redirections.

BTW, Fabien, can you please specify dual license in the rockspec?
Judging from the sources, it is EPL or MIT, not just EPL.
