Sorry to bug you again: could you upload the fixed rockspec above? The current rockspec fails to build from source if the Lua interpreter is different from "lua" and/or not in PATH. The fixed rockspec sets $(LUA) to pass the Lua interpreter that has been configured with LuaRocks.
