It's also cloned via the luarocks-scm account:
http://rocks.moonscript.org/modules/luarocks-scm
MoonRocks is designed to have virtual manifests, and each user gets their
own manifest under their username. So you could access just the SCM modules
from this URL: http://rocks.moonscript.org/manifests/luarocks-scm/manifest
Likewise, the LuaRocks manifest clone is here, under the luarocks account
name: http://rocks.moonscript.org/manifests/luarocks/manifest
When you access the main manifest, http://rocks.moonscript.org/manifest,
that's actually a separate list where modules are added automatically
unless the name is taken.
This means that multiple users can own modules of the same name, but only
one can be inside a single manifest at once. If someone inherits a project
it's easy to remove the old owner from the manifest and move the new one in.
