Hi,

I just committed a new command to LuaRocks, `luarocks upload`, which
uploads to the MoonRocks repository. This is a quasi-straight port of
the moonrocks [1] upload script.

Is anyone using the `luarocks-admin add` and `luarocks-admin remove`
commands to manage their own repos? I use it with rsync to manage the
luarocks.org repositories, but that code is not the prettiest part of
LuaRocks (and I've basically used them as part of a larger shell
script) so I'm considering removing those now that we have `luarocks
upload`.

I also updated the default config in luarocks/cfg.lua, pointing to
rocks.moonscript.org and its Github mirror. The other mirrors were
temporarily removed from luarocks.cfg as we figure out the new
mirroring strategies.

I'll package this as LuaRocks 2.2.0beta1 so you all can test this over the week.
