Hi,
I am trying for the first time ever to publish a rockspec. I am having some
issues so I thought I would ask for some help and clarification.
I manually added LuaZip to
https://rocks.moonscript.org/modules/rjpcomputing/luazip. It was added
successfully, but when I do a `$ sudo luarocks install luazip` I get the
old rock with an error. How do I make my upload be the default for
everyone? I have not updated any config for luarocks to switch to using
rocks.moonscript.org. I thought LuaRocks would just switch over, is that
accurate?
I tried to add the module to the "root" manifest, but it gives me an error.
Can I be made the owner of LuaZip so I can add it to the root? Is that the
issue?
I did find the "Claim a module with GitHub account" and tried that, but it
doesn't come up with any modules I can claim.
Any help would be great. Thanks.
