I transferred the entry from the "luarocks" user to yours. I also published it to the root repository. I don't know why the one from "luarocks" wasn't showing there, but now it's fixed. From now on, new releases that you upload with your account should show up there automatically, as you now own the "dub" entry in the root manifest.
