Hi everyone, Sorry about the absence in the last few months. LuaRocks 2.2.0 should have been released a few months ago, but we ended up stuck in beta1 for way longer than I originally wanted.
Here's the release candidate for LuaRocks 2.2.0, which will be the big release switching to MoonRocks by default: http://luarocks.org/releases/luarocks-2.2.0-rc1.tar.gz http://luarocks.org/releases/luarocks-2.2.0-rc1-win32.zip Please give it a spin and let me know if there's any serious showstopper. I looked at the issues list at Github and I'm willing to live with all that's still open there for 2.2.0 (particularly, `luarocks upload` still needs work on Windows). If nothing goes wrong, these same packages will be renamed into 2.2.0 final before the end of the week.
