I just checked LuaCov now and the one in the root repo is still the
one in my account.
Checking "include non-root" in the search returns a copy in your
account as well:
https://rocks.moonscript.org/search?q=luacov&non_root=on

I was able to claim keplerproject rocks individually when I was
setting up my user:
https://rocks.moonscript.org/modules/hisham
so I don't know exactly what happened here.

I think this is a restriction in the server side (and not in `luarocks
upload`), right?
